Apex installed the vapor barriers to the building's back-up substrate at the exterior façade. Installed Traffic coatings and expansion joints in the parking garage, cementitious coatings in the elevator pits and joint sealants to the building exterior façade.

Apex installed pedestrian traffic coatings to the topside of all ramps leading to the concourse. Cleaned and installed elastomeric coatings to the underside of the concrete ramp at Poydras Street.  

 Apex installed a waterproofing membrane to all planters at plaza decks. Mastic dampproofing to all masonry cavity walls and caulked all windows and brick control joints.

Apex installed joint sealant to all precast panel joints on the exterior skin of the building and to the precast seating joints in the arena. A vapor barrier was installed to the back-up substrates of the exterior facades and a cementitious crystalline coating applied to the interior concrete surfaces of the elevator pits.
