Description:  Apex installed joint sealant to all precast panel joints on the exterior skin of the building and to the precast seating joints in the arena. A vapor barrier coating was installed to the back-up substrates of the exterior facades and a cementitious crystalline coating applied to the interior concrete surfaces of the elevator pits.
